One last campout for the season

Tuesday, September 16th, 2008

Want to get one last night of camping and playing music until dawn in before the cold weather hits? On September 27th we will be doing just that at Mountain View Park in Wind Gap, PA. The Fall Shindig is being held by the Appalachian Fiddle and Bluegrass Association who are a great bunch of folks and they would love nothing more than to see a bunch of people from the Philly and surrounding areas come up and enjoy a night of music at there park. Other acts include Wissahickon Chicken Shack, Dan Hubbard and more. Plus there will be a fiddle contest! It’s $7 for the day plus $10 if you want to camp. We play sets at 1:00 and 6:00 There are hot showers too! Fro directions and more info checkout the AFBA website

There are some great people out there, and all three bands are very very grateful for the support! Special thanks to Nick and Denise, Billy Brock, Mike D and the Crow’s Nest!

Whip Tavern and 4 Sisters Winery Music and Arts Fest is next weekend!

Tonight is Blob Fest in Phoenixville! We’re playing two sets in the street across from the Colonial Theater starting at 6:30.

Here is some more detailed info on Blob Fest from the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Thanks to Mike Wuerstle, The Grillbillies, and everyone who we got to meet and hang out with at OATS last weekend. We had a super time Thursday and regret not getting to stay the whole fest.

Also, our CD is out and we’ve been selling them at shows, info on how to purchase it online will follow in the next day or two.
