We want to thank everyone who made it out to the Bucks County Bluegrass Festival. We had a great time at the festival and we’re happy to say our presale was a success as well. Also, we want to thank every on up at Snipes for they’re great hospitality and for putting on a great event.

We have a few weeks to chill now but our fall is getting quite busy already!!!

We’re starting things off at MilkBoy Coffee on Saturday Sept. 6th.
It’s an amazing lineup with Painted Blue, Wissahickon Chicken Shack and ourselves.

Bucks County Bluegrass Festival

Bucks County Bluegrass Festival

Saturday August 9th we’re joining Cabinet, Free Grass Union and many other fine bands at the Bucks County Bluegrass Festival at Snipes Farm in Morisville, Pa just north of Philadelphia. It’s guaranteed to be a great night of music followed by all night jam sessions in the campground.

TICKETS ARE ONLY $10 in advance and you can buy them here. As always they are a little more more expensive at the door.

Endless Summer Jam Festival

This Saturday the 26th we’re playing at the Endless Summer Jam Festival! The festival takes place at the Paradise Lake Campground in Hammonton, NJ. The festival is a little different that the other’s we have been playing this summer as it is not a bluegrass festival. So if you’re a MP fan but are not into a full weekend of bluegrass this is the festival for you. Some of the headlining bands include The Juggling Suns, Monacy, Bodega, and a about 40 bands altogether. Our set is at 2:30 on Saturday and we’ll be jammin’ in the campground all weekend!

Endless Summer Jam Festival

We been having a pretty great time playing different festivals this summer (thanks OATS and NEPA!) and getting to meet a lot of new folks and spread our music around. We’re really grateful for all the support people have given us and we thank you! We have a couple more festivals coming up in July and August.

Next Saturday the 26th we’re playing at the Endless Summer Jam Festival in Hammonton, NJ. Some great jam bands such as Juggling Suns, Monacy, Bodega, and a total of around 40 bands will be there.

Blob Fest in Phoenixville

Tonight is Blob Fest in Phoenixville! We’re playing two sets in the street across from the Colonial Theater starting at 6:30.

The reenactment of the famous “running out of the theater” scene is at 9:00 just following our show.

Thanks to Mike Wuerstle, The Grillbillies, and everyone who we got to meet and hang out with at OATS last weekend. We had a super time Thursday and regret not getting to stay the whole fest.

Also, our CD is out and we’ve been selling them at shows, info on how to purchase it online will follow in the next day or two.

OATS Festival

We’re getting ahead start on our holiday weekend Thursday evening at the O.A.T.S. Bluegrass Festival in Benton, PA. We’re providing entertainment for the Grillbillie picnic! If you don’t’ know who the Grillbillies are, come on out to O.A.T.S. and find out for your self, because they are about the greatest bunch of bluegrass lovin’, good time havin’ folks that you can meet. Marc Silver and his band will be joining us too!

The festival runs Thursday though Sunday and has some great acts including. Dan Paisley and Southern Grass (Fri, Sat),
Hillbilly Gypsies (Fri, Sat), NewFound Road (Sat), Special Ed and the Short Bus (Sat) and tons more.

We had a wonderful month at MilkBoy sharing the stage with some amazing acts and working out some new material. The summer is now upon us and we are starting things off with a set at the NEPA BLuegrass Festival at Lazy Brook Park in Tunkhannock, PA.
